Job Description This administrative assistant position at Preferred Care at Home of North Nashville will involve working in a people-oriented and growing caregiving agency. The preferred hours would be Monday-Friday 10a-6p or 11a-7p. - Utilize Microsoft 365 efficiently to coordinate schedules, manage emails, and keep track of important documents. - Handle printing tasks effectively to ensure all necessary paperwork is readily available. - Preferably have familiarity with Excel to create and maintain spreadsheets for data organization. - Willingness to work occasional nights and weekends on call to provide support outside regular business hours. - Comfortable with giving and receiving feedback to encourage continuous improvement in performance.
