Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose Coordinates patient care, personnel management, maintenance of equipment, equipment purchased, and statistical accumulation. Responsibilities Manages individual(s) including but not limited to: hires, trains, assigns work, manages & evaluates performance, conducts professional development plans. Ensures that the productivity and actions of that group meet/support the overall operational goals of the department as established by department leadership. May participate in the development of departmental staffing, revenue and/or expense budgets and having direct responsibility for adhering to those goals. This includes responding to changes in the business which may affect the ability to achieve the budget goals. Provides and oversees patient care according to planned interventions with regard to their age and developmental needs to attain the patient's optimal level of wellness and documents according to policy. Creates and ensures implementation of a collaborative plan of care based on assessment, diagnosis and medical treatment. May support the review of staff hours worked vs scheduled hours and determine appropriate disposition if variation exists. Perform and approve daily payroll updates. Reconcile time cards, bonus tracking and coding approval. Prepare, coordinate and execute all staff communications; prepare huddle agendas and lead meeting. Determine staffing needs; make nursing assignments as well as assign overtime. Recommend effective annual increases. Interview staff for open positions; evaluate and conduct performance reviews as assigned; draft and issue corrective actions/coaching; follow up regarding any disciplinary action to determine compliance. Responsible for staff productivity and the overall operational goals of the department as established by department leadership. Conducts performance evaluations and makes recommendations on areas of improvement if needed. Key Responsibilities:
* Complete nutrition assessments and provide personalized nutrition counseling.
* Identify disordered eating behaviors and implement related nutrition interventions.
* Provide nutrition education in group settings using evidence-based treatment modalities.
* Collaborate with an integrated care team, including agency and partner members, to develop individualized treatment plans.
* Educate staff on nutrition topics related to various physical and mental health conditions.
* Develop patient education materials in compliance with health literacy standards.
Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree required.
* Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
* Licensed Dietitian in the State of Missouri.
* Preferred prior experience working with individuals with diverse functioning abilities or mental health concerns.
Additional Qualifications:
* Organized and able to manage competing priorities.
* Collaborative team player in a multidisciplinary setting.

The Pharmacy Technician I assists the Pharmacist with all aspects of preparation and delivery while maintaining a high level of customer service to all pharmacy customers. Essential Job Functions: * Completes both Basic Technician and Advanced Technician online training modules from Computer Rx, resulting in basic Computer RX knowledge.
* Provide great customer service, ensuring each and all customers are, at a minimum, satisfied with the pharmacy service.
* Answer telephone and handle questions that do not require a pharmacist's expertise or judgement.
* Receive new prescriptions from prescribers or telephoned refill requests.
* Gather necessary information to prepare prescriptions.
* Record information needed before prescriptions can be dispensed.
* Store written prescription forms after prescriptions are dispensed.
* Enter data into the computer.
* Help pharmacists prepare prescriptions by counting or pouring medications, labeling containers, and pricing prescriptions.
* Keep pharmacy department supplies (e.g. bottles, bags, receipts, staples, etc.) well stocked.
* Place completed prescriptions in the pick-up area.
* Order, check-in, and stock the pharmacy department shelves with medications when they arrive from suppliers.
* Prepare insurance claims and verify payments.
* Help patients find over-the-counter medications.
* Keep HIPAA updated and register new customers.
* Ring purchases on cash registers and record them in logs when necessary.
* Perform housekeeping duties within the pharmacy department.
* Make deliveries to clients and accept payments when necessary
* Participate in and contribute to various staff development activities of the system.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
* Ability to communicate effectively with patients
* Detail orientated
Experience and Education Qualifications:
* High school diploma or GED equivalent
* Valid pharmacy technician license in good standing with appropriate board of pharmacy and/or application submitted

Employment Requirements:
* Successful completion of background check including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect and fingerprint check.
* Completion of New Hire Orientation at the beginning of employment.
* All training requirements including Relias at the beginning of employment and annually thereafter.
* Current driver's license, acceptable driving record and current auto insurance.
Physical Requirements:
ADA Consideration - Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally (exists up the 1/3 of the time) and/or a negligible amount of force frequently (exists 1/3 to 2/3 of the time) to lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shift.
