Pros of working at Preferred Family Healthcare

It was really good experience, I learned a lot about the mental health field and recovery. It has a lot of promise.

Cons of working at Preferred Family Healthcare

The company itself is a mess, the HR department doesn't do its job and the pay is pretty awful even for the field which leads to a massive turnover. I'm surprised the facility hasn't been shut down.

Preferred Family Healthcare Benefits

If you're working full time the PTO accrual is decent, at least in my experience.

What do you like best about Preferred Family Healthcare's CEO and the leadership team?

I didn't. The leadership at my location at least was horrid. They were bad at their jobs and faced no repercussions for abuses of power.

How would you improve Preferred Family Healthcare's culture?

HR department needs to do its job way better, management needs to humble themselves.

How did you prepare for the Preferred Family Healthcare interview?

I prepared for an interview by thinking about my experiences with mental health and leaning into that. I worked in an entry-level position so lived experiences make a big difference.
