Can't think of any good ones other than it's a job and it pays the bills.....well some of them.
Pay, vacation and benefits. The hourly workers are treated worse than the salary. Alot of micromanaging. The only auto company I know that doesn't pay doubletree on Sunday
Alot of the workers are great people but the company itself isn't that great at least since the owner passed away a year ago.
The old man was great before he passed away, he knew the people on the floor were the heartbeat of the company. The new CEO not so much.
Bring the pay and vacation time up to compete with other companies. This company is way behind other companies.
I didn't
Way below industry average. Not one person I know is happy with their pay. The yearly raises are also a joke.
Seems to be represented well.
