As an IFS ERP Administrator, you will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and support of the IFS Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system within the organization. This role ensures the effective operation, security, and optimization of the IFS ERP environment, supporting business processes and the needs of various departments. The administrator acts as a primary technical resource for ERP-related issues and collaborates with IT, business analysts, and end-users to solve problems and enhance system performance.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Administer, configure, and maintain the IFS ERP system and related databases to support business operations and strategic initiatives.
Monitor system performance and implement tuning and optimization strategies, troubleshoot issues, and resolve system errors in a timely manner.
Manage user access, roles, and permissions, ensuring compliance with security protocols and company policies.
Coordinate and implement ERP upgrades, new module implementations, patches, and new releases, including testing and validation.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement process improvements within the ERP system.
Provide technical support and training to end-users, addressing questions and enhancing user adoption.
Develop and maintain system documentation, including configuration settings, policies, procedures, and user guides.
Manage integration with other business systems and develop custom reports.
Work with vendors and external consultants for advanced troubleshooting and customization needs.
Monitor data integrity, perform regular system backups, and ensure disaster recovery plans are in place and tested.
Stay up to date with IFS ERP developments, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to recommend improvements.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience administering IFS ERP systems or similar enterprise applications.
Strong understanding of ERP concepts, business processes, and system integration.
Experience with database management (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server) and scripting is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with technical and non-technical staff.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and security.
At least 7 years of ERP administration experience, preferably IFS.
IFS certification or formal training preferred.

Fabrication RTT Weld 1st Shift

Primary Activities/Duties:
Perform MIG welding to support the production schedule.
Responsible for welding base frames.
Perform work in a safe manner.
Meet/exceed all targets for quality and productivity.
Cohesively work with peers.
Participate in weekly Rittal Production System meetings.
Continuously improve your own skills and competencies.
Drive 6S activities.
All other duties as assigned.
Knowledge & Experience:
High School Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of welding experience or completion of certified program related to welding training.
Able to read blueprints is strongly preferred.
Physical Requirements, Mental & Safety Requirements:
Stand at the weld station throughout the work shift.
Walk, bend, twist, and reach frequently throughout the work shift.
Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds to waist level; frequently lift 25-40 pounds to waist level and up to 25 pounds above the shoulders.
Work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to assignment changes easily, ability to multi-task.
Wear safety-toed footwear, safety glasses with side shields, hearing protection, and additional personal protective equipment where required including welding hood, protective clothing, etc.
