    As a Product Support Drafter, you will be responsible for designing, detailing, and producing graphical documentation to support new product development and product revisions. You will utilize standard drafting techniques and tools, including PTC Creo, AutoCAD, and Windchill PLM. The Product Support Drafter will also support Product Support Engineers by creating customer-required models, drawings, and related documentation. Duties & Responsibilities: Create and maintain 3D CAD models of product components and assemblies using standard modeling practices. Produce detailed 2D drawings from 3D models, including dimensions, tolerances, notes, and views required for customer use. Prepare exploded view assembly drawings of complex products and components. Demonstrate proficiency in PTC Creo and AutoCAD for drafting, modeling, and documentation. Support customer inquiries by modifying or creating drawings that help explain product application, installation, or performance. Collaborate with Product Support and Engineering teams to interpret design intent and incorporate technical feedback. Maintain and apply company drafting standards and customer-specific requirements to ensure consistency, accuracy, and professionalism. Perform basic design checks to verify fit, alignment, and configuration accuracy prior to release. Determine design dimensions and calculate assembly details. Maintenance and control of drafting and model files. Review engineering design and working documents to ensure adherence to established specifications and standards. Perform other duties incidental to the departmental function. Qualifications and Requirements Associate degree in mechanical drafting, or high school diploma and equivalent related experience (specialized computer, design, PTC (CREO), AutoCAD, and SolidWorks coursework or equivalent.) 0-10 years of mechanical draft and design experience using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or PTC (CREO) software. Ability to use a computer and applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to efficiently and effectively create 3D models using 3D CAD software. Ability to create 2D design drawings using CAD software. Knowledge of layout and detail drafting techniques. PTC, AutoCAD, or SolidWorks training. Good verbal and written communication skills.
