Responsibilities The Loan Servicing Quality Assurance Analyst performs a variety of independent post-booking quality control reviews for critical and non-critical data entry for every loan transaction, whether new, renewal, modification or extension. Reviews and monitors daily file maintenance reports of critical data entries, and weekly and monthly collateral reports for non-real estate transactions. Monitors and distributes exceptions to loan reports and payoff loan reports. Leads or assists with special initiatives or projects for the Loan Servicing or Lending divisions, contributing to the overall efficiency and workflows. Qualifications Requirements: * H.S. Responsibilities Reporting to the Chief Risk Officer, the SVP, Director of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the Bank's ERM Program. The incumbent will provide oversight of all aspects of an ERM program, including but not limited to, model risk management, third party risk management, operational risk management, operational resiliency, and physical security. This position ensures the identification, measurement, monitoring, reporting, and prioritization of risks faced by the Bank.
