Phasor Engineering LLC is seeking a Professional Land Surveyor for a permanent position within the western United States to help with our growing operations there. We have a number of large projects in the western United States, and we are well positioned to continue to grow. We are looking for additional Land Surveyors to support our current projects and support growth.
The candidate must be licensed in Colorado and willing to get licensed in additional states. All costs associated with obtaining additional licenses will be paid by Phasor. Work-from-home or a hybrid work scenario will be explored with applicants.

Responsibilities
· Managing all aspects of project execution
· The Project/Regional Manager
· Must establish communication protocols for the project which will include:
· Identification of Client or Phasor interest holders and decision makers
· Change management
· Information dissemination routes and procedures
· Systematic processes for project data and reporting
· Is responsible for project financials and must establish cost controls and perform periodic reviews to identify any risks
· Must liaise with Phasor personnel on a project to understand all project requirements including scheduling, cost, technical and logistic considerations.
· Will manage any sub-contractors that are performing Geomatics work on a project
· Will manage shift schedules, accommodations and mobilization requirements for Crew Chiefs and Survey Assistants unless this work has been delegated to a Field Coordinator.
· Must participate in division-level meetings to coordinate the Crew Allocation between projects

General Summary:
The BIM Modeler must be familiar with the Revit software program to provide support to various jobsite personnel such as the Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QAQC) Representative, Electrical Designers, Engineers, and Project Supervision by preparing 2-D and 3-D detail drawings along with 3-D models to include all views and help get the dimensions necessary for the actual installs on jobsite. General Summary:
The Training Instructor will create a safe academic environment that encourages student engagement, while effectively delivering the program curriculum. General Summary:
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for providing a high level of project-specific administrative support for Project Superintendents. The Project Coordinator will assist the onsite Superintendent with the control and organization of product documentation and detailed phase-by-phase tracking.

Measure, cut, bend, thread, ream, and install conduit, using appropriate tools such as hacksaw, band saw, pipe threader and conduit bender.
Pull and terminate branch and feeder conductors.
Terminate wiring to light fixtures, motors, panels, devices, and other electrical equipment, using hand tools and power tools.
Utilize test equipment to test voltage, amperage, and continuity of circuit wiring to ensure compatibility and safety of components.
Ability to trouble-shoot and perform repairs on faulty circuits, equipment or systems.
