Position Overview
Solution Advisor, OON NSA
The Solutions Sales Advisor is a critical resource within the Price Business Unit, delivering strategic guidance and expertise throughout the entire client's lifecycle. In the pre-sale phase, this role partners closely with sales to provide analytics-driven insights, craft compelling solution strategies, and position Out-of-Network and No Surprises Act (NSA) offerings effectively-often through high-impact client presentations that clearly articulate value and differentiation. Beyond the sale, the Advisor works hand-in-hand with the client management team to ensure seamless implementation, address client-specific needs, and drive long-term success. Leveraging deep subject matter expertise and extensive experience across the full suite of Out-of-Network and NSA solutions, the advisor serves as a trusted authority in applying these solutions within the market. This includes interpreting complex regulatory requirements, guiding clients through compliance challenges, and using advanced data analytics to uncover trends, inform strategic decisions, and optimize performance outcomes.
OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Become a recognized Subject Matter Expert on Out-of-Network and No Surprises Act
Partner with Sales to identify client business and product requirements during the sales cycle and determine recommended solutions and value proposition to win business.
Function as Subject Matter Expert regarding the Zelis Out-of-Network Solution as well as the No Surprises Act portfolio including their design, configuration, implementation, and utilization.
Collaborate with Sales to lead client discussions on Out-of-Network and No Surprises Act solutions, delivering clear, strategic guidance and positioning the value of our offerings
Partner with the Client Management team to deliver impactful client calls, presentations, and onsite engagements, ensuring revenue retention and driving long-term client success
Review and give data insights on client level data and modeling
Participate in product and data insights improvement activities.
Serve as strategic member of product roll-out team
Provide market & product intelligence to management and participate in the development of future solution strategies; assist with organization and prioritization of cross-sell pipeline(s)
Identify areas of opportunity within current client base
Participate in training sales and client management teams regularly on product and operational subject matter such as emerging technology, new products, custom solutions, etc.
Partner/engage with other departments to maintain level of knowledge and confirm customizations outside of norms.
Document/maintain associated procedural requirements as necessary
Participate in divisional and corporate trainings, communications

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
2-5 years' experience in the healthcare marketplace
Knowledge of Out-of-Network market, and experience with Out-of-Network claims repricing
Comprehensive knowledge of the No Surprises Act, including its broad impact on healthcare and its specific implications for payers

Senior Web Content and Analytics Manager
Responsible for leading the strategy, creation, and performance optimization of digital content across web platforms. Position Overview
The Inpatient DRG Reviewer will be primarily responsible for conducting post-service, pre-payment and post pay comprehensive inpatient DRG reviews based on industry standard inpatient coding guidelines and rules, evidence based clinical criteria plan, and policy exclusions. Conduct reviews on inpatient DRG claims as they compare with medical records ICD-10 Official Coding Guidelines, AHA Coding Clinic and client specific coverage policies. Conduct prompt claim review to support internal inventory management to achieve greatest savings for clients.
What you'll do:
Perform comprehensive inpatient DRG validation reviews to determine accuracy of the DRG billed, based on industry standard coding guidelines and the clinical evidence supplied by the provider in the form of medical records such as physician notes, lab tests, images (x-rays etc.), and with due consideration to any applicable medical policies, medical best practice, etc.
Based on the evidence presented in the medical records, determine, and record the appropriate (revised) Diagnosis Codes, Procedure Codes and Discharge Status Code applicable to the claim.
Using the revised codes, regroup the claim using provided software to determine the ‘new DRG'.
Determine where the regrouped ‘new DRG' differs from what was originally claimed by the provider, write a customer facing ‘rationale' or ‘findings' statement, highlighting the problems found and justifying the revised choices of new codes and DRG, based on the clinical evidence obtained during the review
Document all aspect of audits including uploading all provider communications, clinical rationale, and/or financial research
Identify new DRG coding concepts to expand the DRG product.
Manage assigned claims and claim report, adhering to client turnaround time, and department Standard Operating Procedures
Meet and/or exceed all internal and department productivity and quality standards
Recommend new methods to improve departmental procedures
Achieve and maintain personal production and savings quota
Maintain awareness of and ensure adherence to Zelis standards regarding privacy
What you'll bring to Zelis:
Registered Nurse licensure preferred
Inpatient Coding Certification required (i.e., CCS, CIC, RHIA, RHIT)
3 - 5 years reviewing and/or auditing ICD-10 CM, MS-DRG and APR-DRG claims preferred
Solid understanding of audit techniques, identification of revenue opportunities and financial negotiation with providers
Experience and working knowledge of Health Insurance, Medicare guidelines and various healthcare programs

Position Overview
As a Cybersecurity Incident Handler, you'll take the lead on investigating and mitigating security incidents across the organization. You'll dig into digital evidence, guide teammates through complex problems, and help strengthen our overall detection and response capabilities. In this role, you'll handle hands-on technical work like forensics and incident analysis, while also supporting the team by sharing knowledge, improving processes, and helping shape how we respond to threats.
Your Team & Role:
As a Cybersecurity Incident Handler, you'll take the lead on investigating and mitigating security incidents across the organization. You'll dig into digital evidence, guide teammates through complex problems, and help strengthen our overall detection and response capabilities. In this role, you'll handle hands-on technical work like forensics and incident analysis, while also supporting the team by sharing knowledge, improving processes, and helping shape how we respond to threats.
Key Responsibilities:
Incident Analysis & Handling: Triage alerts, investigate suspicious activity, lead incident response steps, and coordinate containment and recovery efforts.
Data Collection & Normalization: Make sure logs and security data are gathered correctly, cleaned up, and organized so the team can analyze them effectively.
Digital Forensics: Examine systems, files, logs, and network data to understand what happened during security events.
Mentoring & Training: Help newer analysts grow by sharing your experience, offering guidance, and running training sessions when needed.
Technical / Process Guidance: Assist team members with technical questions, tool usage, investigation methods, and established response workflows.
Shift Leadership: Act as the point person during your shift: manage workload, oversee investigations, ensure smooth handoffs, and support teammates. Participate in a rotating on-call schedule as required.
Innovation: Look for opportunities to improve processes, recommend new tools or automations, and help refine how the team operates.

Reviewing alerts and logs to identify potential threats or unusual activity.
Leading or assisting with active investigations and driving them toward containment and resolution.
Running forensic analysis on hosts, cloud workloads, or network artifacts to uncover root causes and timelines.
Collaborating with IT, cloud, engineering, or other security teams to gather data or take action on investigations.
Sharing insights with teammates, helping them troubleshoot difficult cases, or walking them through an investigation technique.
Updating documentation, writing reports, or summarizing incident findings.
Teaching something new to the team-maybe a tool trick, a technique, or a better approach to analysis.
Handling shift responsibilities like queue management, monitoring ongoing investigations, and tracking priorities.
Identifying process gaps or tools that could be improved and proposing better ways to do things.
Perform other tasks required by management as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, Information Technology, or 4+ years of equivalent experience.
3+ years of enterprise level incident handling
Ability to partner with enterprise teams within a cybersecurity context, leveraging diverse ideas, experiences, thoughts, and perspectives to improve the organization.
Effective oral and written communication skills with experience in cybersecurity technical process documentation.
Demonstrated cyber defense and information security passion, including commitment to maintaining technical proficiency
Proven record of thought leadership via innovation and non-traditional solutions
Fundamental understanding of IT Security practices/programs/tooling, with demonstrated examples of driving initiatives forwards.
Preferred qualifications:
Advanced cybersecurity certifications (e.g., GCFA, GCIA, GNFA, GCTI, GREM, GCIH, GCFA, GPEN, OSCP, etc.)
Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.) certifications
Proficiency in scripting and high-level programming languages (Python, PowerShell, bash, etc.)
Functional knowledge of SIEM, SOAR, malware sandboxing solutions and related tools

Position Overview
The Associate General Counsel role will be responsible for all labor and employment matters enterprise wide in a rapidly growing company, reporting to the Enterprise Deputy General Counsel. Position Overview
The Senior Release Train Manager (RTM) is a servant leader and coach that is responsible for driving end to end delivery of value in an Agile Release Train (ART) or Value Stream in a Lean-Agile enterprise. Professional Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
Must have 8+ years of experience as a Senior Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer.
Minimum 5+ years supporting IT Infrastructure teams and projects, such as cloud engineering, data center operations, database engineering, network engineering, ITSecOps, desktop engineering, EUC, SRE, etc.
5+ years of experience as a people manager is required.
Agile Tools experience (i.e. Jira, Confluence, TFS, DevOps, etc.).
Thorough knowledge of Scrum framework and application of core Agile values and principles in managing Product Development and Delivery, SAFe Agile preferred.
Experience in successfully delivering medium/large size projects with minimal direction.
SAFe RTE and CSM certifications are strongly preferred.
5+ years of experience with Jira and/or Jira Align is strongly preferred.

Position Overview

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft O365 Administrator to join our IT Collaboration team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in managing and supporting Microsoft 365 environments, with a strong background in Active Directory, Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), AAD Connect, and Exchange Online. - Experience with Retention Policies and Tags

Base Salary Range
$95,000.00 - $127,000.00

Position Overview
The Treasury Manager will be an integral part of expanding a best-in-class Treasury department with a focus on cash forecasting, bank fees, deposit coverage, risk management, management reporting, SOX Controls, and strategic projects. Position Overview

Position Overview
The Fraud Manager, Payee Identification and Network Security will report to the Sr. Director that leads Zelis Payments' Fraud and Identity Verification organization (known within Zelis as PINS). As the Fraud Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing fraud detection strategies, leading complex investigations, and enhancing fraud mitigation frameworks to protect the integrity of our payments and provider network.
This role will manage a team that investigate suspicious activity and authenticate users on the Zelis payments network by ensuring that these resources are effectively prioritizing their work, removing roadblocks, and maintaining protocols and standard operating procedures. This leader will be highly analytical and proficient in database queries / analysis and can be hands-on in network monitoring activity. Additionally, you must be a skilled communicator with an executive presence, who is able to lead conversations with clients and summarize the teams' activities to leadership.
What You'll Do
Lead the design and implementation of fraud prevention strategies for payment transaction, ACH enrollment, and provider verification.
Oversee fraud investigations, root cause analyses, and escalations, ensuring timely and accurate resolution to mitigate loss.
Steps in to resolve elevated issues brought forth by the PINS team; for example, escalations brought by the client services team, requests from partner banks or vendor partners.
Analyze fraud patterns and operational data to identify emerging threats, recommend mitigations, working with relevant teams to support change.
Effectively oversees the day-to-day operations and activities of the Fraud team; manages productivity and prioritization, helps overcome roadblocks, and monitors progress against team goals and effectively holds frequent 1-on-1's.
Cultivate a team of Fraud Analysts and Investigators, providing informal feedback on an ongoing basis and formal feedback in the annual performance review process to identify and develop talent.
Writes and maintains PINS-related Policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including protocols to investigate suspicious activities; ensures Payments policies and SOPs are aligned with Enterprise Fraud.
Ensures alignment across stakeholders for PINS functions (e.g., robust communications process throughout the investigation of a Suspicious Activity, periodic readouts on performance of the Zelis Payments network).
A strong sense of accountability and the ability to while working collaboratively across multiple departments supporting projects and initiatives driven by adjacent teams (e.g., Product, IT, Payment Operations, Legal) to enhance fraud prevention processes.
Ability to influence others as well as being able to communicate effectively to all stakeholders involved in fraud and suspicious activity events including Legal, Compliance, IT, Product and effected parties (outside stakeholders).
Support the development of metrics, reporting and Key Risk Indicators through dashboards, visualizations as well as supporting the development and integration of automations to improve manual processes, improve operating processes and reduce/eliminate gaps.
What You'll Bring to Zelis
6+ Years of experience in fraud prevention, investigations, or risk management - preferably in payments, fintech, or healthcare.
Proven expertise in fraud detection tools, behavioral analytics, and case management systems.
Experience developing fraud rule logic and collaborating with product, engineering, and analytics teams.
Knowledge of the principles, processes, procedures, and trends of fraud and fraud prevention.
Proven track record of success in leading teams. For example, increased leadership responsibility of departments, people and projects.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret large data sets to drive insights and decision-making.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder managements skills; able to influence across levels presenting findings to executive and leadership teams and maintaining composure in high stakes situations.

Platform Ownership & Strategy

Position Overview
The Implementation Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the Implementation Team in delivering effective solutions for healthcare payer clients. This position involves collaborating closely with team members to understand client data and requirements for print fulfillment. The specialist is responsible for configuring the Zelis system to ensure the successful composition and processing of various services, including the delivery of Explanation of Benefits, letters, checks, and ID cards, through both paper and electronic channels.
Key responsibilities include assisting in system configuration, identifying and resolving barriers to product implementation, and contributing to team efforts under the guidance of the Manager of Implementation. The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of the customer implementation process, strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to enhancing client satisfaction through effective training and support initiatives.
What you will do:
Provide software-related custom integration and product implementation support with the goal of successfully moving new Zelis customers to live production status.
Apply technology and Zelis product knowledge to address client needs.
Learn about the client's technical system, software and current process for print and electronic communications or enrollment materials.
Communicate regularly with clients which may include requirements gathering, providing regular status updates and facilitating conference calls.
Develop and manage the implementation project plan utilized to track and accomplish project activities.
Gather client requirements by collecting current information about client's print and employer groups.
Redesign former client communications or enrollment materials using Zelis base format.
Keep the Manager informed of activities, alerting of any issues promptly.
Customization of the explanation of benefits and checks or ID cards using Zelis standard processes
Manage multiple client implementations at a time by utilizing time management skills and task prioritization.
Manage ramp up to achieve 100% of customers business on Zelis.
Potential client visits, with some travel required.
Complete responsibilities with high ethical behavior

What you will bring:
BS or BA degree preferred, Computer Science, Engineering, or other technical degree a plus.
2-3 years in Healthcare Industry experience
Previous Customer Service experience
Knowledge of healthcare claims communication process, as well as printing aspects of claims communications documents or enrollment materials is a plus.
Knowledge of data normalization and integrity with the ability to troubleshoot data transformation workflows
Experience working on implementation timelines and managing client rollouts.
Ability to communicate technical details to non-technical stakeholders and to translate between client business requirements and technical execution.
Strong documentation habits (e.g., mapping documents, implementation guides)
Strong cross-functional communication skills to work with product managers, dev teams, and client IT staff.
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, Smartsheet, or similar tools
