Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for seeing patients independently for office visits as well as under the guidance of a supervising physician. This role requires a high level of clinical expertise, the ability to manage a fast-paced environment, and the flexibility to take both weekday and weekend call shifts to support patient needs. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough patient assessments, including history taking, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluations related to urological conditions (e.g., urinary tract infections, prostate issues, kidney stones, bladder disorders, etc.). Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising urologists. Prescribe medications, perform minor procedures, and provide follow-up care for patients. Counsel and educate patients on urological health, preventive measures, and treatment options, ensuring they understand their conditions and treatment plans. Provide comprehensive care by taking weekday and weekend on-call shifts to address urgent and emergent urological issues. Respond promptly to calls for advice, triaging cases, and providing necessary interventions.
