The Work: * Implement and manage complex Oracle HCM solutions for our global clients that transform, simplify, and drive better insights into their HR functions. * Contribute to large-scale, global work streams requiring specific knowledge of Oracle across the HCM suite including Recruiting, Core HR, Payroll, Talent, etc. * Support and lead teams to design, configure, prototype, test, and deploy Oracle solutions and ensure that all the pieces work together seamlessly * Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create leading solutions powered by Oracle * Analyze technical and functional integration requirements * Guide the testing cycles teams as well as perform cutover activities as required for go-live preparation Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
