F. Nicholas Grasberger serves as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, to which he was appointed in August 2014. Before that, he served as Senior Vice president and Chief Financial Officer from April 2013 to November 2014, and President and Chief Operating Officer from April 2014 to August 2014. He started his career with USX Corporation. Mr. Grasberger holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.

Cynthia B. Taylor has served as a member on AT&T's board of directors since 2013. Ms. Taylor is President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Oil States International, Inc.
