Shuttle/Cart Driver Shift(s): A shuttle driver should possess excellent customer service and communication skills, a positive attitude, and a professional appearance and demeanor. Shuttle drivers should also safely, courteously, and efficiently handle the parking needs of patrons. Shuttle drivers should also greet arriving and departing guest, offer ancillary services to guest upon arrival as applicable to the location guidelines. Description Looking for motivated individuals to enforce parking on off street parking lots in downtown Houston. Our parking enforcement agents monitor paid parking lots and boot vehicles that are not in compliance. This involves finding the unpaid vehicles, booting them, and then returning to the vehicle once it has been dispatched back to the agent. Garage Porter Full-Time - Monday - Friday (6:00 AM - 2:00pm) The Porter is responsible for preventive and daily maintenance and upkeep of property, grounds, and common areas. Porters are also responsible for customer satisfaction by answering parking and general questions. Job Description Looking for motivated individuals to enforce parking on off street parking lots in downtown Houston. Our parking enforcement agents monitor paid parking lots and boot vehicles that are not in compliance. This involves finding the unpaid vehicles, booting them, and then returning to the vehicle once it has been dispatched back to the agent. Each agent has a set route of lots that they patrol repeatedly through the day and or night. Please note THIS IS NOT A METER MAID POSITION and you do use your own vehicle for this position..
