They provide a product that helps promote energy efficiency in the US and abroad. Nice to be part of a company that promotes green building. Also, they have a small management team that is really down to earth. You never feel like a number here and many of the employees have been here for a long time.

Hard to find anything not to like. The company is very consistent in policies, benefits and how it runs it's business.

This company goes out of it's way to do special things for their employees...monthly barbecues, surprise lunches or ice cream socials, holiday parties. Certainly adds to a more positive morale and longevity of the staff. Lots of continuity with raises and bonuses as well.
