David Gallitano is a Chairman & Chief Executive Officer at PremierXD and is based in Baltimore Maryland Area. He works or has worked as President at Tucker Advisors.

Nathan is a passionate customer-focused leader helping drive organizations to deliver market leading products and services. He currently serves as the President and Chief Operating Officer for PremierXD helping brands transform their physical spaces with over 500 dedicated professionals and over 1 million sq. ft. of manufacturing capacity.

Before PremierXD, Nathan led Verifone’s Payment Services and Commerce Platform across Europe. Collectively these products represented over $300 million in annual recurring revenue and served as the foundation for Verifone’s transformation from a device manufacturer to a comprehensive provider of payment services.

Prior to joining Verifone, Nathan co-founded Outcast in 2005 (acquired by Verifone in 2014), where he established the company as a leading digital media network in helping brands reach active consumers at the point of sale.



Prior to starting Outcast, Nathan served as the Regional President of Media Services for Move.com (now News Corp NASDAQ: FOXA), the largest online real-estate company. Before Move.com, Nathan helped to pioneer the Application Service Provider business model serving in senior product roles at both Kana (now Verint - NASDAQ: VRNT) and at USinternetworking (now AT&T - NYSE: T).
