This role involves conducting hands-on training and providing ongoing support to enhance the performance and productivity of field managers. **What's in it for you?** + A competitive salary with a benefits package. + Be a part of a collaborative and culture-oriented team. **What will you do?** + Deliver comprehensive training programs and materials for field merchandisers, including manuals, presentations, and visual aids. + Travel up to 75 miles within the assigned territory. + Conduct on-site and virtual training sessions to educate field merchandisers on standards, product features, and promotional campaigns. + Train field merchandisers on product placement, signage, and display techniques to maximize visual impact and sales. + Provide hands-on coaching and feedback during store visits to reinforce training concepts and address performance gaps. + Collaborate with field managers to identify training needs and prioritize skill development areas. + Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through metrics, observations, and feedback. + Update training materials based on product changes, guidelines, and industry trends. + Support new product launches and store resets with timely training sessions and resources. + Serve as a subject matter expert on merchandising best practices, trends, and competitor activities. + Foster a positive learning environment and culture of continuous improvement among field merchandisers. + Cover open territories executing client-specific work. **How will you succeed?** + Demonstrate strong interpersonal and organizational skills. + Be a self-starter, quick learner, detail-oriented, flexible, and agile in adapting to various tasks and situations. + Able to effectively communicate with others. **Experience and Qualifications** + High school diploma/GED required. + Prior retail experience and/or retail training experience is preferred. + Proficient in operating a smartphone and apps, sending/receiving emails, sending/receiving text messages, E-learning platforms. + Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and be available for occasional weekend work. **Work Environment and Physical Requirements** + Have good vision and the ability to stand, walk, sit, stoop, and kneel. + Be willing and able to work in cold environments conditions.
