I am fed up with after working for them 4+ years that I now have no work at all.
Age discrimination
No comment because it is not good
Sucks
No comment
I have no need for someone micro managing me at my age but when I get to a store that someone else has worked for a while, they gather a paycheck while they have done nothing and I have to clean up their negligence.
The flexibility, Making my own schedule, being able to take off anytime during the year, not working weekends. Even though my manager is not in my state I can contact her if needed.
The pay is one of the lowest in all the merchandising companies. They don’t give raises.
My husband has 7 weeks vacation with his job. So, we travel a lot. This Job gives me the flexibility to do that. I love that this is not a 8-5 Mon-Fri workweek. I am also a Realtor for the past 16 years. Both these jobs I chose because of the flexibility.
Allowed to do what I do best. Expand my work skills.
No career advancement
WFH
Very flexible schedule
How there isn't really anyone available on the weekends to help you with questions while you are on the job
Nothing really
I like interacting with a wide variety of people.
Some people can be angry or mad.
Getting a paycheck
The flexibility within my schedule.
I wish I were not just a part-time employee.
Discounts on pharmacy prescriptions and technology.
