STATEMENT OF JOB: The Food Service/Prep Aide shall assist the cook in the preparation and presentation of food. He/she will be responsible for the dishwashing area and the cleanliness of all dishes, silverware, and glassware, and will assist in other areas of the dining operation as needed. We are looking for a Full-Time, Day Shift Utility Worker/Dishwasher to join our kitchen staff and maintain cleanliness around our kitchen area. Utility Worker/Dishwasher responsibilities include collecting used dishes, plates and utensils, loading washing machines and stacking washed items appropriately, as well as passing out trays to the residents and collecting trays from the residents in the various departments (when necessary).
