Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

Provides support through ensuring that all of the dishes are properly washed, sanitized, and ready to be stocked on the floor with minimal breakage.
Maintains the cleanliness of the kitchen floor and the removal of trash from the kitchen and restrooms.
Completes any beginning or closing shift duties as directed by management.
Requirements:
Must be able to transport objects up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods of time, and work at a quick pace.
Must have full time availability and be able to work weekends and holidays.

What will I be doing?
As a Dishwasher, you are responsible for carrying out general cleaning duties and operating pot-washing machinery to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Dishwasher will also be required to ensure all back of house areas are kept clean, and observe Occupational Safety and Health and Hygiene Regulations and health and safety guidelines. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
* Operate pot-washing machinery and maintain a hygienic working environment in accordance with hygiene regulations and company standards
* Carry out general cleaning as directed to include sweeping, mopping up, washing up, and emptying of rubbish bins and boxes ensuring placement in the correct containers
* Ensuring that all kitchen and back of house areas are kept clean and all equipment within the kitchen area is cleaned in accordance with the cleaning schedule
* Ensure the correct PPE is in place and guidelines are adhered to
* Observe Health, Hygiene and Safety guidelines when handling hazardous substances and comply with all aspects of Health and Safety requirements

Job Summary:
Our Line Cook plays a crucial role in ensuring the kitchen operates smoothly by preparing and cooking assigned menu items. Key Responsibilities

Uses proper portioning techniques and recipe procedures to create prepared food products.
Reads tickets and/or listens to what dishes are called to determine what/when items need to be prepared
A thorough understanding and working knowledge of kitchen-specific positions (i.e., fry, grill, bun & board, assembly, expo)
Checks and adjusts the temperature of equipment to ensure food is cooked and stored at the proper temperature.
Cleans station floors, counters, tools, cutting boards, and preparation surfaces using proper cleaning solutions to ensure stations are always clean and sanitized.
Assists other team members by answering questions and helping as needed to aid in guests' service.
Hospitality to the Restaurant:
Inspects kitchen- prep areas, storage areas, and cooking areas; cleans as needed and reports any unsafe conditions to maintain safety and sanitation standards.
Assists in tasks to ensure a clean, sanitized, and safe restaurant.
Hospitality to your Team:
Arrives to work on time as scheduled, well-groomed in the proper work attire, and ready to work.
Clocks in and out as scheduled.
