Clean and sanitize trash cans. Clean and sanitizes dumpster and refuse areas according to standards. Powers wash all floor mats. May assist with sweep and scrubbing floors. Assist with spot cleaning of furniture, floors, carpets, walls, countertops, and other surfaces throughout the building. Assist with storing food, equipment, small wares, supplies, and other stock items throughout the restaurant. Clean and perform routine maintenance to the exterior of the building according to the housekeeping, cleaning, and maintenance schedule. Demonstrate teamwork. Attend team meetings.
