Job Summary:
Beaver Dam is a private winter club for members and is open mid October to mid March
The kitchen is utilized to provide food for the snack bar counter lunch during the week and school holidays, while the weekend offers lunch and breakfast. Snack bar food is prepared by the kitchen and cooked to order via the POS system. Food is simple sandwiches, fried food, burgers etc.
The kitchen also prepares higher end food for Friday and Saturday dinners during the week as counter service is going on. Friday and Saturday are buffets with hors d'oeuvres for club events or private parties.
Duties/Responsibilities:

Putting away products in correct locations

Washing dishes, silverware, kitchen equipment, etc.

Light food Prep needed for the day or week

Light cooking with a grill/fryer

Opening and Closing of Kitchen for the season

Breaking down of buffet and cleaning of kitchen and tools
