Must have availability to work the following shifts: 7:00am - 3:30pm, 9:00am - 5:30pm, or 11:00am - 7:30pm Your Role: * Performing kitchen maintenance: emptying the trash, sweeping and mopping floors and washing dishes * Clear plates and run commercial dishwasher, return dishes to correct locations * Clear and set dining room * Food preparation, chopping vegetables, making salads and putting together entrees as needed * Assists with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen, walk-in coolers and all storage areas * Performs additional responsibilities as requested by the Chef, Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager at any time * To assist and share in other responsibilities and duties as assigned by the Food Service Director or their representative Qualifications: * Must be able to work nights, weekends and some holidays * Professional communication skills required * To be teachable as well as flexible to day to day needs/demands of the kitchen * Some kitchen experience helpful, but not required Compensation: The base salary for the position is $18.50 to $19.50 per hour.
