Break down kitchen equipment (stoves, grill, and ovens) and clean thoroughly
Clean the shelf above the dish sink
Clean and maintain the dish machine
Keep the dish racks clean at all times
Clean and sanitize all storage areas for equipment (dish carriers, tray carriers, shelves…)
Wipe down walls around the dish sink and dishwasher
