DISH STATION RESPONSIBILITIES & JOB DESCRIPTION The Dishwasher is responsible for the cleanliness of all plate ware, flatware and glassware. The Dishwasher is also responsible for the cleaning of all pots, pans and utensils used to prepare food items for our Guests, as well as maintaining the cleanliness both inside & outside the building. Dishwashers are also responsible for some aspects of prep including but not limited to cutting French fries, marinating chicken wings, wrapping and labeling of finished prep items. Main Responsibilities:
