HEART OF HOUSE TWINS PEAKS DISHWASHER GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB The Twin Peaks Dishwasher is one of the most crucial job functions in the Heart of the House. Twin Peaks Dishwashers quickly and efficiently clean all dishes, glassware, and silverware per sanitation requirements and maintains work area in a safe and sanitary manner.
