Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook authentic Burmese and Southeast Asia wok-based meals
Use traditional wok techniques to create bold flavors while maintaining high-quality cooking standards
Maintain proper cooking temperatures and wok heat control for consistency in every dish
Work quickly and efficiently to prepare multiple orders while ensuring food presentation and portion accuracy
Set up and stock the wok station with fresh ingredients, sauces and necessary kitchen tools

Assist in preparing ingredients, such as chopping vegetables, marinating meats and making sauces

Qualifications:
Wok cook experience is a must (2 + years' experience preferred)

Expertise in high-heat wok cooking, stir frying, and proper handling of traditional Burmese/Southeast Asian cooking equipment
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen while maintaining attention to detail
Strong knife skills and ability to prep ingredients efficiently
Ability to acquire a Food Handlers license, Sexual Harassment certification (before or withing 2 weeks of hiring)

What You'll Do
