May adjust work location, tasks or assignments routinely throughout the day adjusting to business need as directed by manager(s) or team leader(s). - Responsible for maintaining accurate and complete labeling and date marking of products to assure freshness. Maintains time and temperature records. Operates and cleans equipment following safety guidelines. Supports menu management process by following recipes and providing feedback for recipe improvement. - Routinely delivers Restaurant Hospitality Standards. Communicates with integrated MKE restaurant team and customers through routine greeting. Responds to questions or concerns with the approach of immediate resolution regarding the impact of the customers experience. Prior experience within a high-quality restaurant, country club, hotel or senior living company preferred Ability to communicate with supervisors, co-workers, residents, and guests and to follow standardized recipes. Able to operate kitchen equipment and tools found within the hospitality/health care industry. Current sanitation certification Effective written communication skills, and the ability to read and interpret instructions. Reliable, predictable, and punctual attendance, to provide timely service to internal and external customers and to support uninterrupted business operations. Must be sensitive to the needs of older adults and enjoy working with a senior population.
