Prepare salads, appetizers, various foods on food item prep list: Select various items and quantity to be prepared for that day, record items that need to be prepared and that are prepared. Slice, chop, cut, trim, etc. various items in a certain time frame. Interact in limited space.

All employees renewing certification must schedule a day with the SNP Field Compliance Coordinator to attend the food handler class or must set up a date and time to do the training through the recommended online site. Should employee fail to obtain or maintain their certification, or fail to complete required ongoing training, their employment may be terminated.
