Job Responsibilities and Essential Requirements:
Produce, prepare, cook and serve foods to include soups, sauces, salads, entrees, catering and all other items determined by the supervisor.
Staff will observe, comprehend and follow all verbal and written instructions regarding menu production, recipe methods, cooking techniques and food presentation as determined by the supervisor.
Station set - up prior to service with appropriate equipment and food to be determined by the supervisor.
Receive, unpack, unwrap, date, rotate and stow deliveries.
Maintain a clean and safe work area via supervisor instruction and applicable health, safety and food handling regulations.
Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
Follow all outlined health and safety regulations with regard to equipment use and personal hygiene.
Have the ability to move objects to approximately 35 lbs. to waist height.
Adhere to client and company protocols related to COVID-19 workplace safety and sanitation standards.
Must be able to work independently and clean and sanitize the kitchen.
This position may be called upon to perform other jobs as determined by the supervisor.
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.

DUTIES :
Prepares and cooks a variety of menu items. Washes and cleans kitchen equipment. Maintains assigned area in a neat and orderly manner and in compliance with fire, safety, sanitation and security regulations. Prepares and serves all types of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages from a full-service bar. Mixes a wide variety of drinks to order, following a variety of established recipes. Receives payment, makes change and is accountable for cash fund. Assists in taking inventory and maintaining records. Keeps bar area clean and keeps area stocked properly at all times. Washes bar equipment, glassware, and utensils. May perform other sanitation duties within assigned work area as required.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED :
Minimum :
1. Experience in food preparation and presentation as well as the ability to follow oral and written instructions.

4. Work requires continual standing and walking, and frequent stooping, reaching, pushing and pulling, and bending. Lifts and carries objects up to 45 lbs independently and objects over 45 lbs with assistance.
