Overview Purpose Statement/Position Summary: Responsible for leading and providing a stimulating, safe, and developmentally appropriate educational environment where infants, toddlers and preschool children. Assists teaching staff with instruction of children in activities designed to promote social, emotional, physical, cognitive and spiritual growth in preparation for elementary school. Assists the classroom teacher in all supervision aspects of the children including but not limited to the classroom and outdoor play. General Responsibilities and Specific Duties include but are not limited to: Environmental Assists classroom teacher in implementing safety rules and supervises activities of the children.
