Take out garbage and prep classroom for the day. Pick up breakfast from the kitchen and assist in serving it. Support children with handwashing and cleaning tables post-meal. Assist with morning diaper changes or potty support. Classroom Teaching & Management: Lead circle time and morning welcome songs. Implement and adapt daily lesson plans aligned with center curriculum. Supervise free play, structured activities, and transitions. Manage toddler behavior using positive redirection and age-appropriate expectations. Support children in developing self-help and social-emotional skills.
