Supervise children during indoor and outdoor play, meals, rest time, and transitions

GED or High School Diploma required
At least 6 months of experience in a licensed childcare setting (or strong desire to

Must pass all required background checks and meet DECAL requirements
A team-player attitude with a love for working with children
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stay actively engaged throughout the day

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Associates degree in Early Childhood, Infant & Child Development, Early Care & Learning or related field OR a High School Diploma/GED with a Child Development Associate (CDA).
One (1) year experience working with children with diverse needs in a daycare center-based program.
Current Pediatric First Aid/CPR credential preferred and must be obtained prior to end of probationary period
Good communication skills, flexibility and team work
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience working with children birth to five years of age.
