Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment in accordance with school and state guidelines. Monitor and support students' emotional, social, and physical development. Communicate effectively and professionally with children, parents, and staff. Follow all school policies, procedures, and health/safety protocols. Support classroom teachers and staff as needed. Attend required staff meetings and training sessions. Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in Early Childhood Education preferred. Previous experience working with young children in a childcare or school setting. Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold professional boundaries. Commitment to the mission and teachings of the Catholic Church. CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain). Must pass background check and meet diocesan safe environment requirements.
