Work with other members of staff to determine instructional goals, objectives, and methods according to district requirements. Diagnose the learning needs of all students and seek the assistance of building and district leadership for appropriate intervention methods, techniques and strategies. Student Growth and Development Assess the on-going accomplishments and needs of students, maintain appropriate records, provide immediate feedback and progress reports on a regular basis per building and district guidelines.
