A Teacher's Aide supports the students' recreation, motor, vocational, socialization and communication, leisure and motor skills through the use of behavior analytic teaching procedures. Additional job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Ensure health, safety & welfare of individuals. Aide classroom teacher as needed. Maintain student engagement and support student in participation in classroom activities. Maintain student safety. Maintain participant/family confidentiality. Complete required program documentation/certifications (e.g. Employee Medicals, PPD, CPR, etc. as required). Commitment to company values and adherence to policies. Punctuality and regular attendance is expected. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors and/or senior management. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma/GED. Clearance through state mandated Background/Fingerprint Check(s). Ability to run. Ability to safely assist lifting individuals of various weights & 20lb items.
