    RFK Community Alliance has an exciting opportunity for a CDC Part-time Teacher's Aide to join our Child Development Center team in Lancaster, MA. Who We Seek: We seek a part-time Teacher's Aide to work in our Child Development Center providing an enriched and engaging environment for young children, ages 6 weeks to 6 years. We are looking for someone to encourage their imagination, challenge their thinking skills, and enhance their social and language development. The TA will work with the Lead Teacher in providing daily care, education, and recreation for children, including the daily operations of the classroom. Responsibilities: - Assist and actively support the teachers in the program - Supervise the daily routines of the children in the classroom and with activities - Develop a team atmosphere with the classroom teacher and other teacher's assistants. Requirements: - High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree preferred - Must be 18 years old Shifts/Hours: 22.5 hour per week: 7:30am-5:30pm Who We Are: RFK Community Alliance provides high-quality care and support to people and families facing complicated challenges.
