Jefferson in Hampshire, IL. The Assistant Teacher position is full time (40 hours/week) with duties both indoors and outdoors. The Assistant Teacher is an Aide to the Lead Teacher who is responsible for a group of children that may include infants, toddlers, preschool or Kindergarten age children. Where applicable the Aide will work with a Lead Teacher and together as a team plan age-appropriate activities: music/ movement activities; art/ craft projects; language; math; and science experiences.
