How this role contributes to the Y's mission:
As a Y Head Start Resource Aide, you will work collaboratively with classroom teachers to provide classroom or individualized instruction as needed to support the goals and objectives of the children in your classroom. You will be a resource to children with special needs or individualized plans. You will support the teacher in managing classroom schedules, routines and transitions. Physical Requirements:

Job Summary
