Summary: As an Assistant Teacher at Carrington Academy, you will create, manage, and participate in a variety of learning environments and activities that provide opportunities for students to develop to their fullest potential and achieve their learning objectives. Participate collaboratively and professionally with other teachers and staff to promote the general well-being of the school, and the collective/individual interest of its staff and student body. Location: 2945 Webb Bridge Rd, Alpharetta, GA 30009 Hours: 9:00am- 6:00pm Student Age Range: Toddler (12 months- 24 months) Pay Range: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour (dependent on education and experience) Responsibilities: Culture: Positively influence your peers to work toward and meet the school's vision of excellence. Minimum Qualifications: Technical Certificate of Credit (TCC) or a Child Development Associate (CDA) Certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field is required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Often carrying and lifting 25 pounds or less (25-50%) and occasionally carrying 25-50 pounds (10-25%).
