Physical Requirements:
This position requires the employee to comply with all applicable federal, state, local, Bright Horizons', and client site requirements concerning immunizations, employment physical/screening, and health and safety training. Compensation:

SIGN ON BONUS

SALARY INFORMATION
The starting salary for an Assistant Teacher II is $21.00 per hour. Martha's Table (MT) participates in
DC OSSE Equity Pay
, which provides additional wages to teachers based on credentials and funding. Based on OSSE Equity Pay, the salary provided would be adjusted to up to $26.09 per hour. This salary adjustment will be made once the team member has completed the required steps to be entered into the Division of Early Learning Licensing Tool system. In addition, MT provides a salary bonus based on years of teaching experience.
Please know that Martha's Table is responsible for the base pay only. If at any point, the Pay Equity Funds cease, the pay rate will return to the base amount, immediately following the cessation of those Pay Equity Funds.
