Duties What You'll Do: Be a Classroom Rockstar: Support the lead teacher and classroom team to create a safe, fun, and developmentally appropriate space for learning. Make Learning Fun: Help plan and implement engaging, play-based activities that reflect children's interests and cultural backgrounds. Observe, Reflect, and Grow: Document children's progress and use it to guide daily learning opportunities. Connect with Families: Share updates about children's activities and development through warm, clear communication-both in writing and in person. Keep It Clean Safe: Support healthy routines, tidy up throughout the day, and maintain a safe classroom environment. Encourage Independence: Model positive language, ask open-ended questions, and help children solve problems creatively and respectfully. Work as a Team: Collaborate with teachers, stay flexible with the schedule, and bring a positive attitude every day.
