NEW OPENING - IN-HOUSE PODIUM PRESENTER - Panama City, FL

* EXCITING NEWS* Bluegreen Vacations has officially acquired a beautiful bayfront property in Panama City Beach. This will be our first Club Resort in this Florida west coast vacation destination.

We are seeking a In-House Podium Presenter to head up this new acquisition! The Podium Presenter establishes commonality and build rapport with prospective and/or current owners. Articulate the benefits of traveling with Bluegreen Destinations. Demonstrate a positive attitude within a high-energy environment.

SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Conduct face-to-face presentations in our state-of-the-art sales centers located at one of our award-winning resorts.
* Effectively present and deliver sales presentation in accordance with all company policies, compliance standards and regulatory requirements while maintaining minimum performance goals
* Find commonality with prospective and/or current owners. Communicate the benefits of traveling with Bluegreen Destinations.
* Generate sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques. Leads are prequalified and provided by the company.
* Attend ongoing, advanced sales and career training.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

* High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
* 3-5 years Vacation Ownership experience
* Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
* Needs to be able to overcome objections and perform within a short, luxury sales cycle. Must be energetic, outgoing and tenacious
* Outgoing personality and excellent customer service skills
* Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple systems at once

1st Shift: Mon - Thu, 6am - 4:30 pm

Here's a Glimpse at What you'll Do:

As a Materials Presenter Level 1 at Lantech, you will:

• Receive and verify components and fabricated materials from the receiving department (including stock rotation).
• Put boxes away according to their designated location
• Organize materials on grocery aisles
• Make sure location and numbers match based on the order sheet
• Guarantee production assemblers have their bins filled out with corresponding parts
• Assist in 5S responsibilities for Fab and component grocery areas

Physical requirements include standing for 9.5 hours each day, lifting up to 50 lbs, and walking around all day.

• Is a self-motivated multi-tasker willing to gain experience with material presentation as it relates to one-piece flow production.
• Is detail oriented with a strong commitment to quality, and safety and the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment.
• Has the ability to stay focused and on task
• Has sustained a record of good attendance.
• Has a high aptitude for working with situations of a manufacturing nature, effective use of time, and is capable of adapting to a varied work environment.
• Practices safe work habits as an individual and with co-workers.
• Adheres to guidelines related to PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
• Is able to pass a pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.
• Is willing and able to work overtime to complete projects and/or meet scheduling deadlines.
• Is customer focused on a strong commitment to quality and production schedule.
• Is legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Education & Experience:

• Prior materials or warehouse experience preferred

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required (Additional training from vocational or trade school is a plus)
