Responsible for the selection, employment, control and discharge of all employees. Organizes the functions of the organization and its subsidiaries through appropriate departmentalization and the delegation of duties. Establishes formal means of accountability from those to whom duties have been assigned. Develops staff training programs to ensure that maximum use is made of each staff member's skills, and that all have the opportunity for continued growth, both professionally and personally. Responsible for planning, organizing and directing fund raising and development that will provide financial resources to assist residents in financial need and enable the organization to develop adequate facilities and services to meet the various needs of older people.

Education/Certification/Licensure: Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a major/concentration in healthcare administration and/or social services field (required).
