Job Details
Kantar is looking for a VP Business Development to drive additional growth from our robust CX portfolio in new and existing accounts within Kantar's Insights division. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of modern Customer Experience programs in order to intimately understand client needs, deliver the best responses to their challenges, and convert business opportunities for the CX team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Delivers winning proposals and pitches. Acts a trusted adviser to clients to develop an emerging or formal CX brief into a win for Kantar
Pursues self-generated and inbound leads, managing them effectively through relevant Kantar channels to maximize chances of winning
Provides analysis and insight to feed into BD planning - proactively suggests strategic and process improvements. Effectively reacts to changing needs of the business

Role overview
As Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), you will be the senior nursing executive responsible for the vision, strategy, and execution of all nursing practice across the hospital. You will lead the organization's Magnet journey and drive the systems, culture, and outcomes required to achieve and sustain high performance in both Magnet and Leapfrog domains. This is an opportunity to leave a lasting legacy by transforming a large, complex, public facility with centers of excellence including an NYS Stroke Center and Level 2 Perinatal Center.
Influence and impact
Executive access and authority: Reports directly to the CEO, serving as the principal voice for nursing on the executive team and the board for all matters related to nursing quality, safety, and workforce.chcm+1
Magnet leadership: Designs and leads the structures required for Magnet, including shared governance, a robust clinical ladder, nursing-sensitive outcomes tracking, and professional development strategies that support nursing autonomy and empowerment.providence+1
Leapfrog performance: Partners with medical staff, quality, and operations leaders to improve HCAHPS and patient safety metrics, targeting a Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade of "A" within five years.leapfroggroup+2

$295k - $350k, commensurate with experience and impact.

Ideal candidate profile
To succeed in this role, you must bring recent, hands-on system-level leadership in nursing and quality:
Licensure: Active, unrestricted New York State RN license (or eligibility and ability to obtain prior to start).
Education: Master's degree in Nursing Administration or related field required; doctoral preparation (DNP, PhD, or equivalent) preferred.myamericannurse+1
Recent CNO leadership: Minimum of 5 years of recent Chief Nursing Officer experience in a full-service (not solely acute-care) hospital setting, with accountability for hospital-wide nursing services.
Magnet journey experience, leapfrog process.
Direct leadership through at least one Magnet designation or re-designation survey cycle, including readiness assessment, document submission, and site visit preparation.
Demonstrated success building or strengthening shared governance and clinical ladder structures that support professional practice and nurse retention.
Leapfrog and safety performance: Experience driving improvements in hospital safety and quality metrics, ideally including prior exposure to Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade methodology and interdisciplinary patient safety initiatives.
Leadership track record: At least eight (8) years of nursing experience, including a minimum of six (6) years in progressive leadership (director level and above), with evidence of:
Transformational change management in complex environments.
Collaborative partnerships with physicians, unions (if applicable), and front-line staff. xevrcyc
