Virio is building the next-generation B2B GTM stack - an AI-powered content engine that turns executive thought leadership into a pipeline at scale. We help the fastest-growing B2B companies go to market through executive-led content that drives revenue, not vanity metrics.
We're backed by investors and operators from LinkedIn, YouTube, HubSpot, Twitch, and Google. We've built a repeatable system for turning founder-led content into meetings, pipeline, and brand power.
You'll work directly with CMOs, founders, and GTM teams to turn strategy into influence, and influence into meetings. You'll guide high-value SaaS clients on what to say, how to say it, and how to measure its impact on revenue-while also defining Virio's voice and building a repeatable content engine from the ground up.
What You'll Do
Lead content strategy for each client-partnering with executives and GTM leaders to align content with their revenue goals and brand narrative.
Define and execute Virio's internal content strategy: what we say, how we say it, and how it scales across channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X, newsletters, and beyond).
Guide content creation across written, video, short-form, and new media-either hands-on or in collaboration with creatives.
Translate campaign performance into executive-level insight: engagement trends, pipeline attribution, renewal ammo.
Develop the systems that support consistent, scalable content delivery for clients and for Virio including briefing frameworks, editorial reviews, reporting structures, and format innovation.
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, Client Services, and Creative to align messaging and amplify results.
Oversee quarterly content planning and strategic reviews for both Virio and key accounts, using data and insight to drive next-step decisions.
Use a discretionary relationship budget (1-1.5% of ACV) to deepen client partnerships via workshops, offsites, or executive experiences.
Lay the groundwork for a future content team-recruiting and managing writers, strategists, and external creators as we scale.
Who You Are
Client-obsessed - You treat content as a strategic lever to deepen relationships, drive renewals, and grow accounts.
Strategic storyteller - You craft narratives that resonate with founders, CMOs, and GTM leaders-and tie them to real business outcomes.
Content architect - You know how to build a content engine from scratch: formats, cadences, hooks, and systems that scale.
Execution-first - You don't just pitch ideas-you write copy, ship posts, and iterate fast based on data.
B2B-native - You understand how content fits into the GTM motion-ABM, demand gen, founder brand, and sales enablement.
Fluent in formats - You move across formats: LinkedIn carousels, interview scripts, video series, newsletters, Notion libraries, and pitch decks.
Creative operator - You balance creative instinct with GTM rigor-thinking in hooks, CTAs, and commercial value.
Team-minded - You love collaborating with designers, strategists, and AMs to turn client goals into standout campaigns.
Startup-ready - You thrive in ambiguity, move with urgency, and bring structure without slowing velocity.
Bonus Points
Experience with LinkedIn-native and video-led content strategy
Familiarity with platforms like Beehiiv, Descript, Figma, Notion, Webflow, and Zapier
Experience working directly with startup founders or C-level execs on public brand positioning
Track record of turning content programs into a revenue growth engine
Experience ghostwriting or executive storytelling in a B2B context
Why Join Virio?
Founding Seat - You'll shape how we serve clients and how we scale content-two of the most critical levers in our business.
You'll own relationships and results - This isn't a content desk job. You'll sit at the heart of our revenue and growth engine.
Career acceleration - Success here puts you on track to lead growth in the next iconic GTM company.
You'll work with elite clients - Founders, CMOs, and Series A+ GTM teams building fast-your impact will be immediate and visible.
You'll define the future of content-led GTM - At Virio, content isn't marketing-it
is
the product.
