What is a president of operations and how to become one
The president of operations will oversee the daily activities across functions such as IT, finance, and regulatory compliance. You will create the business strategy with the other executive team. You will ensure that there is smooth running of customer service operations and find a way to ensure customers are retained. All expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize cost and benefits will be handled by the president of operations. You must also ensure that the company complies with the local and international laws. In addition, you will mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement. Lastly, you will report on operational performance and suggest improvements.
