Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation for the division. Oversee the maintenance and operation of lift pumps and related equipment. Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to optimize facility performance. Provide leadership and mentoring to division staff, fostering a culture of safety and excellence. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in wastewater management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in managing lift stations and pump stations. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team. Experience with budgeting and financial management in an operational context.
