Experience: Four years of experience in the behavioral health field or IDD, with at least one year of supervisory experience required for staff with a bachelor's degree. Two years experience in the behavioral health field or IDD, with at least one year of supervisory experience required for staff with a master's degree. Six years of experience in the behavioral health field or IDD, with at least one year of supervisory experience and/or training required for staff that do not have a bachelor's degree. Licensure/Certifications: None Required Clearances: Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearance, Criminal Clearance, and fingerprint-based federal criminal history; Verification that employee is not on any Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion list.
