Proven success in strategic planning, program management, and organizational growth. Strong background in regulatory compliance, accreditation, and state contracting. Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop diverse teams. Expertise in fundraising, donor relations, and revenue diversification. Cultural competency and a demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and advocacy skills. A relevant advanced degree (preferred).
