Required Skills and Professional Experience * 3-5 years of account management or sales experience, preferably in the technology industry, and experience working with technology partners (e.g., AWS, Cisco, Dell, Microsoft) and leveraging those relationships to drive joint sales opportunities. * Minimum of 3 years in public sector specific technology sales. * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with a focus on customer retention and new business development. * Strong operational skills: Ability to manage multiple accounts with a focus on efficiency, forecasting, and account health tracking. * Proven track record of high-performance sales. * Significant existing relationships with public sector decision makers in the local market. * Strong OEM relationships in the local market. * Minimum of total of 5 years in technology sales. This role works closely with the Data Center Operations Team (DCOPS) to ensure that security measures are in place and functioning properly. The Security Officer Level 1 is an experienced client-facing security officer who utilizes clear and concise communication. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the protection of personnel and company property, managing access control, monitoring CCTV systems, responding to incidents, and completing written reports. Team members are expected to collaborate with other departments to assist with matters about the efficient operation of the data center, including Shipping & Receiving. The position enforces and adheres to security procedures based on policies determined by the Security Management team. Your vigilance and attention to detail will contribute to maintaining a secure environment for the NTT Data Center customer and the infrastructure. What you'll be doing ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES * Ensures that all employees, clients, vendors, and visitors on company property have proper company-issued identification. * Patrols assigned post on foot to maintain visibility and observes possible unusual activity. * Ensures that the client, its associates, and NTT Data Center personnel are provided with a safe and professional work environment. * Monitor and maintain security technologies, including CCTV systems, and access control systems. * Investigates, addresses, and reports security, maintenance, and safety conditions. * Ensures daily administrative documentation is always concise and complete. This includes but not limited to, Shift Activity Reports, Incident Reports, Shift Passdown Logs, and other related written documentation. * Adherence to NTT Data policy and security procedure manuals, in addition to Company policies. * Assist personnel with security related requests. * Completes assignments, related to access control audits, combustible audits, badge discrepancy audits, as directed by supervisory/management staff. * Assists with Shipping and Receiving tasks as necessary. This includes accepting, logging, and tracking shipments during times when the primary S&R Officer is not on-site or otherwise unavailable. * Responds to all site emergencies and coordinates with local emergency services. * Investigates and reports fires, evacuations, hazardous situations/other facility-related events. * Maintains familiarity with Security procedures and policies in addition to Company policies. * Thoroughly investigates all security-related accidents/incidents, interviews witnesses, complaints, and victims. * Guide personnel on security processes and protocols to ensure compliance. * Regular and predictable attendance is essential. * Performs other job-related duties as assigned. NTT will provide initial and ongoing certification training. This position requires work to be done onsite at a data center facility and may require use of a personal mobile device. The Role A Presidio Sr. Solutions Architect leads the presales discovery, analysis, architectures, designs, and proposals of relevant solutions that map to customer outcomes and requirements through direct client engagement. Responsibilities Include: * Understand Customer Current State. Proactivity drive discovery and understanding of customer IT current state, goals, outcomes, and initiatives across Business, Technical, Operational, and financial facets. Research industry trends and topics and develop discovery approaches. Develop and lead workshops to drive relevant discovery. Document customer current state to assist customer and sales teams target future state architectures and roadmaps. * Technical Opportunity Leadership. Identify customer stakeholders and their individual success criteria and needs. Create and lead technical solution approaches and next steps aligned to customer stakeholders. Align, vet and coordinate Presidio and vendor partner technical resources as needed. Engage Manager/VP/Director level at clients directly. * Solution Architecture, Design and Documentation. Analyze and assess client requirements and determine target architecture and design solutions (HW, SW, Licensing, Cloud services, Managed Services, Delivery Services, etc.) and roadmaps. Create and deliver compelling technical proposals directly to clients, including relevant drawings, diagrams and analysis. * Technical Excellence & Evangelism. Maintain a high level of technical excellence and evangelism across multiple relevant solution architecture and product areas. Lead the curation and delivery of relevant technical knowledge, presentations, and conversations at all client levels and customer related events. Actively participate in technical champion programs and communities. Attain certifications when appropriate. Learn, discuss and present new and emerging technical and IT related topics. * Account Leadership. Activity participates in client account related activities that establish the Solution Architect as a trusted advisor internally and with customers, such as: Account planning, EBCs, social events, etc. * Team Engagement and Enable Culture. Engage Presidio team members, activity participate in team activities, and contribute on collaboration tools to drive an open, positive, inclusive, resilient, change-orientated team culture.
