Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
+ Working with the Global Customer Business Unit team, supports any quote activity within a specific customer set.

+ Works with the Marketing group to research and summarize information relating to a specific customer's market, strategies and direction, market share, strengths, weaknesses and competition.
+ Applies knowledge to support the team in executing strategy.
+ Arranges and coordinates details pertaining to customer visits and audits (including confidentiality agreement activity, visit preparation and logistics).
+ Completes customer submitted surveys, self audit forms and information requests.
+ Tracks and presents win/loss analysis for the Global Customer Business Unit team.
+ Performs customer forecast rollups for the sites.
+ Collects, reviews and analyzes customer data and market intelligence from all sources.
**Knowledge/Skills/Competencies**

WHAT YOU'LL DO
BDR is a high impact role. The BDR will research accounts, develop and action a communication plan (via phone, email, LinkedIn, video etc) to generate new business opportunities (pipeline). There are proven processes to follow, several intuitive user friendly tools to use and KPIs to keep momentum up. BDR's prioritize outreach to prospects: the more relevant stakeholders we can speak with, the more likely we are to be successful in that account.
BDRs will manage their own meetings, and bring in other internal stakeholders as needed. They conduct high-level conversations with C-suite executives about their business goals, customer engagement and marketing challenges/opportunities with a view to understanding and 'qualifying' the opportunity. BDRs also deliver value-orientated pitches and solution demonstrations.
Ultimate success for a BDR is to generate the volume and value of deals required to hit their quota, and bring great new brands to Braze! This is done by meeting outreach KPIs, setting meetings and carrying out great discovery and qualification. The commission plan is uncapped, so once a BDR hits quota, they can keep on earning.

For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $42,600 and $55,000/year with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $71,000 and $92,000/year (including bonus or commission). This role is focused on a set number of some of the largest and most recognized companies in North America. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years selling SaaS Solutions to strategic clients where typical deal size ranges from $200K - $1M+/year. General Duties and Responsibilities:
Build rapport with prospective buyers, determine buyer's housing needs and interests, demonstrate our model home and/or inventory homes and lots based on the prospect's needs
Convert community traffic to sales at the projected ratio
Follow up with all potential buyers in order to convert to sales; prospect and develop referral contacts
Present the value of using our preferred lender and achieve the preferred lender capture rate goal
Ensure that all prospects fill out a Prospect Registration and enter all information into Hubspot
Manage buyer through the design, loan, start, construction, and closing process to ensure timely completion of buyer activities; coordinate appointments and follow up as needed
Maintain a constant line of communication with buyers and assist them through the entire process from prospect through closing and warranty; keep the customer informed of the status of home at each stage of the process
Troubleshoot and offer suggestions for solving any problems which may lead to a delayed closing; handle problems in a timely fashion
Maintain a high level of integrity and customer satisfaction, meet company goals for Closing Survey results
Develop a thorough knowledge of home features, options pricing, and design center selections and effectively communicate those to prospects and buyers
Know current market conditions; update CMA as required by Management
Host and attend realtor events; coordinate events such as model home grand openings and referral events
Qualifications:
1 or more years of history of high sales performance in new sales
Strong demonstration of the principles of product demonstration, sales techniques, and quality customer service
Strong verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to varying styles while projecting a positive image of the company
Must be skilled at persuasion, negotiation, resolving conflict, identifying the needs of others, and making effective presentations
Ability to work autonomously and be internally driven to meet goals which will lead to success in the position; must be organized and customer service oriented
Able to work weekends

About the role:
Anyscale is growing its Sales Team! We're looking for an Account Executive - High Tech to build out our digital native client relationships. This is a Hunter role, so you will be prospecting, developing, and closing new business while focusing on the clients' requirements. Our AE's must have the confidence and ability to negotiate and close agreements with clients and support new customers.

As part of this role, you will:
Achieve sales quotas for named accounts on a quarterly and annual basis by developing a sales strategy in the allocated territory with a target prospect list, and a regional sales plan
Develop marketing plans with the marketing team to drive revenue growth
Be the trusted advisor to the customer by understanding their existing and future roadmap to drive the Anyscale solution within the marketplace
Prospect qualification and the development of new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue streams
Arrange and conduct initial Executive and CxO discussions and positioning meetings
Sales process management and opportunity closure
Ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and drive additional revenue streams.
Be familiar with solution-based approach to selling, have experience managing a complex sales process and possess excellent presentation and listening skills, organization and contact management capabilities
Some understanding of the data, compute, ML space and an ability to carry a technical conversation on these topics
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
3+ years of full cycle sales experience selling software or cloud based applications
Emphasis on ML, cloud, and SaaS is desired
A track record of success in driving consistent activity, pipeline development and quota achievement
Experience determining customer requirements and presenting appropriate solutions
Proactive, independent thinker with high energy/positive attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environment
